Dr. Howard Paul is a Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He lectures on integrative, empirically informed treatments as well as provides clinical supervision to both psychology interns and psychiatry residents. He is also a field supervisor for the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers University.
Dr. Paul is the Book Review Editor for the Journal of Child & Family Behavior Therapy and is Board Certified in Clinical Psychology through the American Board of Profession Psychology and a Fellow of the Academy of Clinical Psychology.
Dr. Paul is a master therapist, trained in clinical and school psychology as well as neuropsychology and behavioral medicine. He maintains an active psychotherapy practice. Over the last 45 years, he has written over 100 articles, including studies, a book, book reviews and book chapters.
